How to Support Our Program
To donate to our Interstitial Lung Disease Program:

In the first selection box, choose ‘Stanford Medical Center’ as recipient of gift, then complete the next two boxes
On the next page, under ‘Further Designation’, choose ‘School of Medicine’ and in the ‘Special Instruction/Other Designation’ box, please write who the gift is in honor of, if applicable, and that it is designated to the Center for Interstitial Lung Disease, under the direction of Dr. Glenn Rosen in Pulmonary Medicine.
Complete the remainder of the form.
